Vantage Health and Life are recruiting. We’re looking for switched on Telesales executives ideally with a knowledge of life insurance products though not essential. You’ll also be pretty savvy on LinkedIn.

You’ll be working from our Belfast office, making appointments for our advisers to see businesses throughout NI and the UK. You’ll be hungry, driven, self-motivated and have a desire to succeed.  You’ll also have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this field.

Part time and full time roles available.  You can expect to earn £53,800 OTE pro rata.

Vantage Health and Life are a rapidly expanding Life and Health Insurance brokerage and we are looking to expand our Team of great people.

You don’t need to have any experience in Insurance products as we’ll provide you with all the training and industry recognised exams and qualiifcations to get you underway. You will get access to all of the Life Insurance products from all of the top providers in the market.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, be ‘a closer and at the top of your game in your current sales role.

You’ll be able to work on your own and generate your own leads through networking and business relationships you might have. If you’ve an existing client base then even better!

You will be computer literate, and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

The application process will take around 3 months while you study and sit your exams. This can be done at home in your own time around your current job.

The role is self employed on a commission only basis, though employed roles may be considered with a basic salary.

We are always on the lookout for great Protection Specialists to join the Team, though you’ll have to be a cut above the rest!

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Protection market with or without Mortgage experience/qualifications. You will be hungry, determined and be able to generate your own business/leads and ideally have a good base of clients. You will be currently producing no less than £500 per month of Life/CI API.

You will be self employed and be offered an above average commission than other brokers in the market. High performers will after a qualifying period receive an enhanced commission. You will have the full support from an experienced team which includes ongoing training, administration carried out for you and regular team incentives.
